I’m a DTW based Delta flight attendant. I am on special assignment conducting catering audits. I was in the terminal today and observed a Prospect employee treating a customer with grace and kindness. His name is Hassanin. Hassanin is a young man that attends to Delta’s passengers that require wheelchair assistance. This particular passenger had arrived from Liberia via Amsterdam. He was traveling alone, is older and suffers from dementia. Hassanin stayed with him until his delayed flight to Cleveland was boarding all the while treating him with respect and great care. His compassion and attentiveness is to be applauded.
