Sixty years ago, my parents founded Prospect Airport Services with a mission to deliver exemplary service and provide career growth and opportunities for employees. I’m so proud that Prospect has upheld that mission.

Now, we are taking a step forward that will open more doors for our people. Prospect Airport Services just announced its acquisition by the Atlanta-based Unifi Aviation. The company, part of the privately held Argenbright Group, is a leading provider of aviation services in the country, with a presence in more than 200 airports.

As part of the transition, we are pleased to say that daily operations at Prospect will continue unchanged, with no planned reduction in the workforce. We will continue to work under the Prospect name, and our employees will continue to wear Prospect uniforms for the foreseeable future.

Our entire leadership team will remain in place through this transition, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all Prospect employees and leaders for their unwavering commitment to our customers and travelers.
