Prospect Airport Services honors employees annually in the “Caught Being Consistently Safe” program.  Employees are nominated by their supervisors and fellow team members for exceptionally demonstrating safety in the performance of their duties on an everyday basis. 

This year, two employees received the top award of $2,500 and a round trip airfare ticket to anywhere of their choosing.  Runners-up were also rewarded with a cash prize.

 Company President Vicki Strobel reminds her leadership team that this award is for someone doing this every single day.  In presenting the awards, Strobel said, “Not because they are nice, or come to work on time or work an extra shift.  It is to positively recognize these awesome employees who work safe every single day.  We are all winners here when we see and recognize this action.”
