I’ve been traveling on a business tour for the last 4 months through DTW.  The team that assists those who need help navigating the airport via wheel chair have been very helpful and professional.  Most notably Nick Thecke was very kind and went up and beyond to not only help me but others on the way to our destination.  Such a large environment I could see professionalism getting lost with customer service falling through the cracks, however, this is not the case.  Everyone has been willing to help and followed through to see my needs were met.
