I wanted you to know that we were greeted outside the airport and assisted with our baggage & wheelchair by a wonderful gentleman who made our travel easy & pleasant. This gentleman is a truly special person with skills to ease the weary travelers apprehensions. His name is MEKONNEN WORDOFA,  Thank you for hiring such a great person for this job. I hope he goes far in your organization because he was our introduction to American Airlines & he was great.
