My son flew a red eye from LAX to PHL after a long flight from Fiji. He was exhausted and left his passport on the plane. Since my number was the one on the reservation, I received a call from Christine Thompson, of Prospect Airport Services who cleaned the plane. She went to extraordinary effort to locate me and get the passport back to my son.  Just wanted you to know what a great vendor you have there. We are very grateful. For someone who travels for a living, getting a left passport returned is huge to us and our gratitude is equally huge. Kudos to AA for hiring such great people who reflect well on the airline.
