I wanted to email earlier about my experience on Spirit July 2-July 5th.   First of all I want to say that everyone that found out i was flying Spirit,  I was told all negative things and I should change my airline.

I am a disabled retired US Marine, and I have not flown commercial in years I have always flown military….to make the story short:

I had the best experience with your airline and the respect I got while i was on wheelchair service.

I want to thank Fred B especially when I flew back from Detroit he was my wheelchair assistant and he got me a soda and stayed with me until i was safely on the plane, Also, I was very impressed  with the onboard  service.

I will surely fly your airline again.
