 I apologize for this e-mail not getting to you in a timely fashion.  It has been so long past that I hope I get this correct.  I was on a flight this August and we had 8-10 wheelchairs, many of them straight back chairs.  Your team did an exceptional job at deplaning them.  They were quick, efficient, friendly and professional.   My job was made so much easier with your team ready and waiting for us.  All wheelchair passengers should be treated with the respect your crew gave them.  If my parents were still alive I would trust them to the care of any one of your employees on that day. They did a great job and should be commended!
