Prospect Leaders throughout North America arrived in Chicago for a three day seminar focusing on Safety, Customer Service and Technology training. During the three day session, Prospect leadership became proficient in the latest customer service techniques. Our leaders developed new skills with the revolutionary AvTech wheelchair and cabin view technology platforms and went to numerous safety training sessions. These sessions centered around safely handling passengers with disabilities, safe cleaning and driving techniques for cabin appearance and applying safe work habits in our airport operations. This training will allow our station leadership to better service our customers in airports throughout North America!
