Prospect to Open Tucson Operation
Prospect Airport Services is pleased to announce the opening of its newest station in beautiful and growing Tucson, Arizona on 7/16/07. Prospect will be providing ticket reading services, skycaps, baggage handlers and wheelchair attendants to the Tucson Airport Consortium. The Airport Consortium consists of American, United, Continental, Jet Blue, Alaska, Northwest, Aero Literal, and US Airways. Prospect Manager Dave Picardo with six years of managerial airport operations experience in DFW and PHX will be the new Tucson Station Manager.
As with all of Prospect's operations, the company will leverage a vast amount of experience and proprietary technology to ensure the highest quality of service. This technology allows airlines to better track the status and completion of special service requests that travel through the airport on specific airlines. This particular operation will be powered by our Dispatch.net software with a potential future upgrade to PDS express™.
"We are proud to be associated with the Tucson Airport Consortium and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship." said Vicki Strobel, President of Prospect. "As our second operation in Arizona, this is an exceptional market in a rapidly growing area of the country where we see great opportunity today and well into the future."
With over 4000 employees in 13 cities, Prospect Airport Services is a leading provider of services to the commercial airlines and their passengers. For additional information about this story or Prospect Airport Services, contact Jim Wajda at (734) 722-1613.
