Prospect Senior Management Attends Open Doors Airport Service Symposium
Prospect Senior Managers including company president Vicki Strobel recently attended the 2007 Airport Services Symposium held by the Open Doors Organization in Chicago, Illinois. This closed-door invitation-only meeting brought together representatives from leading airlines and airline support services organizations to discuss their common service issues and share best practices with the goal of improving services to travelers with disabilities.
“Prospect’s business was built on the premise that all passengers, regardless of their physical limitations, deserve the highest quality of service and that it be delivered professionally and respectfully”, said Vicki Strobel, president of Prospect. “Our business continues to grow because that segment of the traveling population is growing faster than any other and we strive to understand their needs and to stay one step ahead in meeting them. It is through our involvement with organizations like Open Doors that we can continue to evolve and meet the expectations of our customers and these passengers.
The Open Doors Organization (ODO) was founded in 2000 for the purpose of creating a society in which all persons with disabilities have the same consumer opportunities as those without.
With over 4000 employees in 12 cities, Prospect Airport Services is a leading provider of services to the commercial airlines and their passengers. For additional information about this story or Prospect Airport Services, contact Ron Claypool (773) 686 7561. |
